What is Popsi Lingerie return policy?

We have a No-Hassle return policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt credit or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. We want you to love your purchase, every time you shop, so simply return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card.

Please note that exchanges are processed as a return and a subsequent shipment. You will receive a credit issued back to your original payment method for the item(s) you are returning, and then charged separately for the exchange when it ships. Returns after 30 days will result in an online credit. Please allow up to 10 business days from date received for your return/exchange to be processed. Initial shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable.

Restocking Fee:  Your satisfaction is very important to us, if you are not in love with your purchase you may return the item.  A 20% restocking will apply on all return, unless Popsi Lingerie is at fault. Ex wrong color, wrong size, damaged goods were shipped.

Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, cannot be taken back. As lingerie is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the on panties, thongs,

If you are returning a purchase for a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping back to us. And if you are returning for an exchange please include a prepaid shipping label for us to ship your purchase to you.

How do I return something?

Please email us at returns@popsilingerie.com  to receive an RMA number. After you received an RMA please send your item back to us for an exchange or refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Discreet Shipping 

Safe to ship to home or work, no one will be able to tell what's in the package. Your order will arrive in a standard discreet white envelope, brown box, priority mail box or USPS box.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not mention our name or the word "lingerie." In fact, there is no clue on the outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address

When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship in stock items within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. Your email confirmation will include applicable USPS tracking or postal delivery confirmation information

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, cashier's checks, and money orders. You may use any of these methods with the shopping cart system on this web site. Simply select your items and click the appropriate check out option. Then fill in your shipping information and choose your method of payment. Credit cards are the fastest method of payment and orders will be processed within one working day. For all other forms of payment, orders will be shipped once payment has been received.

When paying by credit card, you must supply us with the billing address as well as the shipping address for verification. For protection of the cardholder, all credit cards will be verified for correct billing address. All credit cards payments will be verified for billing address, Security Code. We will not be able to process any payments  without the above mentioned information for your own security purposes

For internet orders this is a safe and fast way to send payments. Please note orders will be shipped when notification arrives from PayPal.

Where can I enter a coupon or promotional code?

Occasionally we offer coupon or promotional codes to our customers. To use one of these codes, please enter the code on the "Payment" page of our checkout process. If you place your order over the phone, please inform the customer service agent that you have a code. Only one coupon code may be used per order.
