What payment do you accept?
We accept any major credit card, we also accept company/personal checks. But we would have to receive payment, wait for payment to be cleared than ship your order.
What if the item is sold out?
We do apologize, but sometimes some items/sizes might be sold out. If that happens we can either exchange the style/color/size or cancel the order give you a full refund.
Why can't I place my order?
If your billing address does not match your bank's record exactly, your order will not be placed. An authorization/hold will be placed on your credit card every time you attempt to submit an order.
What is an authorization/hold?
An authorization is NOT a charge. It is monies held by your bank which guarantee we can collect payment when your order ships.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping does depend on where you are located, how much the box weighs and the speed of the shipment.

I received the wrong product.

When will my order ship?
Most of our products ship within 24-72 hours after placing your order. We can't guarantee that every item will be in stock. Items that are not currently in stock will be placed on backorder. If this occurs you will be given the opportunity to cancel or change your order.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
